What is the best method to do the carpet cleaning?

The best method that we use for cleaning with the most modern technology is hot water extraction, commonly referred to as deep steam cleaning. Deep steam cleaning with truck mounted system removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. Hot, soft water and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers. Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 99% of the moisture. It’s the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.

Do you move furniture?

There is no charge to move furniture. Our crews are professionally trained to move your furniture, and return it to its rightful place when cleaning is completed. There are several items we recommend not moving, such as: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, waterbeds, some large beds, dressers with mirrors, etc.

How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Dry time is affected by humidity, temperature and air flow to the area. Because Tanin Carpet Cleaning uses the most modern technology for extracting the water after cleaning, normally it takes a couple of hours. Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning or heating system on, depending on the time of year, can help accelerate drying time. Be sure to leave the protective blocks under furniture legs and any paper used with upholstered items in place until the carpet and/or furniture is completely dry to avoid any color transfer.
